How to Use

Frequently asked questions

Who is the Canopy Glow Prep Ritual for?

This ritual is ideal for skin that looks dull, tired or uneven, and for those looking to introduce gentle exfoliation and targeted eye renewal into their routine. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Can I use both products together?

Yes. The ritual is designed to be used together. Use the Glycolic Super-Food Facial 1–2 times weekly, followed by the Retinal Ritual Eye Cream to support renewal and visible brightness.

Is this ritual suitable for sensitive skin?

Both formulas are thoughtfully developed to be effective yet gentle. If you have very sensitive skin or are new to glycolic acids or retinal, start with once weekly use and build gradually.

When will I see results?

Many customers notice smoother, brighter-looking skin after the first few uses. With consistent use over 2–4 weeks, skin texture, radiance and the appearance of the eye area continue to improve.

When do I use these products?

The Glycolic Super-Food Facial is best used in the evening. The Retinal Ritual Eye Cream can be used in the evening; always apply SPF the following day when using exfoliating or retinal products.

Are these products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All CANOPY skincare is vegan, cruelty-free and thoughtfully formulated.

Can I use this ritual alongside my existing CANOPY products?

Absolutely. This ritual pairs beautifully with CANOPY cleansers, hydrating creams and serums and works well as an upgrade within your existing routine.

Is the Glow Prep Ritual a good gift?

Yes. This curated duo comes in a our Canopy Signature luxury gift bag. It makes a thoughtful gift for anyone seeking visible results, radiant skin and a mindful skincare experience.
